1. My little Chinese girl loves the Dixie Chicks and Dolly Parton. Seriously.2. She also loves Obama. "We want Mr. Obama to win, don't we, Mama?"
3. I have to acknowledge that even though I'd vote for Obama anyway, based on his policies and the opposition, it doesn't hurt that I would totally like to date him--if, of course, he were single and local.

Awesome. And SO sweet.
We haven't tried Dolly, but Dixie Chicks are a favorite of my first grader. And we speak a language other than English at home. :)
My son loves Obama, too. He was sooooo excited when we got a yard sign.
Haha, I remember my mother -- who taught at an all girls' Catholic school at the time -- reporting that she and her fellow teachers all agreed about Clinton in 1992: "At last, a President you can imagine having sex with!" Ironic of course, pre-Monica. Yet I've met him twice, and he really has amazing charisma.
Obama for a million reasons -- and that too.
