Ethical Dilemma/Over the yardarm

Dorcasina, you can have both! In our house, the drink of bourbon IS what gives you that energy you need to open that bottle of wine.
Ohmygoodness, vp, you are a GENIUS. Although I suspect the trick is portion control with the bourbon, so that one retains the dexterity needed to open the wine bottle, once the energy has been restored!
Bottoms up!
If it is indeed wrong, then I've been wrong many, many times in the past year or so.
